Conference fees

Conference fees include: conference attendance, coffee breaks, and welcome cocktail (plus membership to ARCHI - see here below*). Not included: conference dinner.

Please note that it is not possible to deliver a paper without being a member of EAAS (check with your local association if your membership already includes the EAAS membership).

 Registration will open on March 5th 2026 (stay tuned).

  • Early Bird (due by March 31st,  2026): Tenured (150€); Non-tenured (60€)
  • Regular (due by May 10th, 2026): Tenured (170€); Non-tenured (80€)

The fees will grant you access to the conference, all coffee breaks, and the welcome cocktail that will be held on the first day of the event. The registration fee to the conference also includes a one-year membership to ARCHI (Applying Research, Cultural Heritage & Innovation), a local non-profit cultural association that co-sponsors our conference. Membership of the association is necessary for insurance reasons and does not involve extra costs.
