Conference fees

Conference fees include: conference attendance, coffee breaks, and welcome cocktail (plus membership to ARCHI - see here below*). Not included: conference dinner.

Please note that it is not possible to deliver a paper without being a member of EAAS (check with your local association if your membership already includes the EAAS membership).

* The registration fees to the conference includes the membership to ARCHI, a cultural association in Bologna that co-promotes the conference events and manages the related logistics (for more information, consult the page "Partners and Sponsors").

Below are the registration fees for the EAAS 2026 conference. Registration will open in February 2026 (stay tuned).

  • Early Bird (due by March 15th,  2026): Tenured (150€); Non-tenured (60€)
  • Regular (due by April 30, 2026): Tenured (170€); Non-tenured (80€)

These fees DO NOT include the conference dinner.
