Are you ready to guide the next generation of changemakers? The Una Europa in the Community Student Project Incubator is looking for Mentors to accompany student teams as they design innovative solutions to societal challenges.
The call is open to staff members (both academic and professional) and to Master’s and PhD students from Una Europa partner universities. We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to support student teams, facilitate collaboration and help create an inclusive, creative, and productive environment.
From 6 October to 30 November 2025, students from Una Europa partner universities will take part in an 8-week virtual programme. They will work together in intercultural and interdisciplinary teams to develop prototype solutions in three thematic areas:
The most promising projects will receive funding in Spring 2026 to be tested within local communities.
Mentors will guide and support the teams throughout the programme, helping them to organise their work, communicate effectively and reflect on their progress. Their role is not to provide answers, but to facilitate collaboration and encourage creativity in a safe and inclusive environment.
Being a Mentor is also a learning opportunity. It allows participants to develop intercultural and communication skills, practice facilitation and leadership, expand their international networks and strengthen their CVs. All Mentors will receive a certificate and a digital badge recognising their contribution.
Time commitment: around 2 hours per week, plus a short online training in late September and the Kick-off Session on 6 October (15:00–17:00 CET).
📅 Deadline to apply: 10 September 2025 (23:59 CET)
