Junior fellowships available in May 2023 on ‘New Living arrangements for the boomer generation’. Selected fellows will receive a grant for travel and hotel costs up to €1,000
Within the project ‘New Living arrangements for the boomer generation’ (May 2023), the Leuven Institute for Advanced Study (LIAS) invites applications for visiting junior fellows from Una Europa universities including the University of Bologna.
More specifically, the fellowships are intended for advanced PhD students, postdocs or junior faculty members (tenure track) of Una Europa Universities.
Don't miss this opportunity and participate in expert workshops, discussions and lectures while engaging with the LIAS community.
The following themes will be highlighted round the stay of the senior fellows:
- Ageing in place versus moving in time
- Conflicts of governance in elderly care
- Freedom of choice in housing versus obligation
- The contribution of technical aids
- The transition to residential care centers
- Social inequality in ageing
LIAS will cover all travel and hotel costs for a stay up to 14 days in Leuven and up to € 1,000.
