In an increasingly interconnected European Higher Education landscape, collaboration across institutions is no longer optional—it is essential. Alliance-Ready is a forward-looking professional development initiative designed to equip university staff with the skills, mindset, and tools needed to navigate complex international projects within European University Alliances.
This programme responds to the growing challenges of cross-border cooperation, intercultural communication, and evolving policy frameworks. It empowers professional staff to become active contributors to institutional transformation and effective partners in international collaboration.
Alliance-Ready is a blended training programme combining interactive online learning with an intensive in-person workshop. It offers a structured learning journey that moves from understanding European higher education policies to applying practical tools in real-world alliance scenarios.

It is particularly relevant for those contributing to European alliances, as well as for people in administrative, technical, or coordination roles where collaboration across institutions is a key part of their work.
