Sudoba Azim

Hello everyone! I'm Sudoba Azim and I currently work as a team leader in Human Resources at University College Dublin. My role involves managing the activities of the HR department and supporting the professional development of our employees.

  • What prompted you to participate in the Live My Life program?

I decided to participate in the Live My Life program because I was drawn to the concept of shadowing different universities and colleagues within the partnership. I wanted to immerse myself in new experiences and discover best practices in academia from various perspectives.

  • What was the main lesson you learned from the program?

One of the main lessons I learned from the program was the importance of building relationships and partnerships between universities, as well as the value of sharing knowledge, processes, and policies collaboratively. This approach to inter-university collaboration can lead to significant results and the creation of positive synergies.

  • How do you think this experience will influence your future work?

I believe this experience will make me more aware of the importance of collaboration and resource sharing in my future work. I will seek to apply the lessons learned during the program to improve HR processes and foster an organizational culture based on collaboration and knowledge exchange.
