What is Live My Life?
Live My Life is a joint exchange programme that allows a job shadowing of staff members among the UNA Europa universities in order to give professionals the opportunity to actively engage in the UNA network. This programme, part of the Una.Futura funded project, is developed and implemented by the Work Package 9 Empowering Staff led by the University of Bologna.
The participants are selected through a specific call for applications that is published every year in all the UNA Europa partner universities. Each year, the call will target several professional families eligible to apply

How is the Live My Life program structured?
The Life My Life programme is a blended mobility programme that includes one or more virtual sessions on transversal skills for all selected participants and a physical mobility ( the job shadowing experience) in one of the Una Europa universities.
The goal of the virtual sessions is getting to know each other, acquire transversal skills and make participants aware about the Live my Life methodology.
The virtual sessions will be followed by a series of bialteral virtual meeting of the couples of colleagues, focusing on topics and activities related to their job. Following the plenary and bilateral virtual exchanges, the participants will spend a period of up to one week at the host university and the host can spend of up to one week at the guest university.
What are the main objectives of the Live My Life programme?
The Live My Life Programme aims to familiarise the professional staff of the participating universities with Una Europa and to create an opportunity for mutual learning in a transnational context. The main objectives of the programme are:
