Are you a member of professional staff in ICT, Human Resources, Research Management, or Digital Pedagogical Engineering? Ready for an extraordinary opportunity to connect with like-minded peers across Europe?
🚀 Join us for the 2024 edition of "Una Europa Live My Life" – a unique job shadowing program that enriches your professional journey by immersing you in another university for up to a week. Dive into a collaborative experience designed for administrative staff who are eager to step into the international arena.
The Live My Life Programme offers a unique opportunity for job shadowing among staff members of partner universities. The aim is to promote peer learning and transnational collaboration within the Una Europa network. The programme actively engages professional staff members who are not heavily involved in international activities, offering them a professional development and learning experience.
Live My Life 2024 begins with three online sessions followed by on-site visits to partner universities. The on-site visits provide an opportunity to immerse oneself in the culture and working practices of the host universities, facilitating knowledge exchange and mutual learning.
1. Introduction to Una Europa and the Live My Life Programme:
During this session, we will explore the context of Una Europa and the significance of the Live My Life Programme. What does participation entail and what should one expect? This session is open to all interested staff members of Una Europa universities.
2. Development of Intercultural and Transversal Skills:
This session will equip participants with practical tools to navigate a transnational context and work effectively in multicultural teams.
3. Planning Work in Tandem:
During this session, participants will form pairs of "peers" and plan knowledge and skill exchange activities to be carried out during the on-site visits.
To be eligible for participation, candidates must:
1. Be a staff member of one of the following partner universities;
2. Work in one of the following specified focus areas: ICT, Human Resources, Research Management, or Digital Pedagogical Engineering.
