Elisa Gasparri

Hi everyone! I’m Elisa and I work as a learning designer within the Personnel Division of the University of Bologna. In particular, i’m part of the Organisational Development and Training unit, where I am in charge of designing and implementing learning initiatives for our staff.

What motivated you to participate in the Live My Life  programme?

I decided to participate in the Live My Life  programme because I saw it as a fantastic opportunity to broaden my horizons and explore different approaches to organisational development and training.

How has this experience influenced you personally and professionally?

This experience has been incredibly rewarding for me both personally and professionally. It has provided me with a fresh perspective, allowing me to step out of my comfort zone and embrace new challenges. Professionally, I gained valuable insights into innovative HR practices and learning methodologies, which I can now incorporate into my work at the University of Bologna.

Could you share a memorable moment or lesson learnt during the programme?

One memorable aspect of the program was working with my partner, who was great. We collaborated closely and I learnt a lot about working with different applications and in a different context. It was a valuable lesson on adaptability and interpersonal collaboration.

What are your next steps after this experience?

After this experience, I intend to apply the lessons learnt in my daily work and continue to seek new opportunities for professional growth and development. I am grateful for this experience and look forward to seeing where the next steps in my career will take me.
