HI! I'm Costanza Baldoni, and I've been working in the Human Resources section of the University of Bologna for three years.I'm involved in various activities related to the management of academic staff.
Why did you decide to participate in Una Europa's "Live My Life" programme?
I decided to participate in Una Europa's "Live My Life" programme because I wanted to seize the opportunity to take part in a staff training experience and share knowledge through job shadowing with another university within the network. I believe it's a great opportunity for me to build relationships and for my HR colleagues, who are also involved in the process, to showcase the work we do here in Bologna and gain a better understanding of HR operations at another partner university.
What are your expectations for this experience?
I hope to learn new practices and methods during my training period at the partner university. I also want the opportunity to share our best practices and establish meaningful connections with my HR colleagues at other academic institutions.
