Call for Applications – Una Europa UniBo Local Task Force

The Una Europa – UniBo Local Task Force (UniBo LTF) is the student-led body of Una Europa at the University of Bologna. It ensures that the voices, interests and needs of the UniBo community are represented in the wider interuniversity dialogue of the alliance.

The Unibo LTF brings together students from different cycles and backgrounds to design, coordinate and promote projects and initiatives at both local and international level, while presenting Una Europa to the UniBo student community. Its main goals are to:

• organise projects and events on Una Europa themes
• involve UniBo students in alliance activities
• strengthen ties with student bodies of other member universities

The UniBo LTF is composed of 10 members: nine selected through this call by a commission of Una Europa staff at UniBo, and one elected by the UniBo Student Council (Consiglio degli Studenti). In line with SDGs 5–10, the group aims for gender balance, diversity and inclusion, and welcomes BA, MA, Single Cycle and PhD students. Each mandate lasts a maximum of two years.

Members are expected to participate actively. Meetings are held once a month for the General Meeting, every two months for an Updating Meeting with Una Europa staff at UniBo, and additional meetings may be scheduled if needed. The LTF works in close cooperation with UniBo administrative offices and the Local Task Forces of other partner universities, fostering collaboration at both national and international level.

Application Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be enrolled at UniBo in the 2025/2026 academic year (BA, MA, Single Cycle or PhD).
• Have an expected graduation date not earlier than October 2026.
• Have good knowledge of English and Italian (suggested level B2 for both languages).
• Be available to attend in-person and online meetings and keep up with group communications.

Selection Process

• Applications must be submitted through the dedicated online form available on the Una Europa webpage of the Call for Applications.
• The open positions are 9.
• Deadline application: 26 September 2025.
• Each application will be evaluated on a 0–10 scale, and a ranking list will be published.
• Selected candidates will be invited to a kick-off meeting to start their mandate within the Task Force.
