Registration

This registration form is reserved for BAES students participating in the Awarding Ceremony 2026.

Each registered student is guaranteed:

• access to the Aula Magna, where the ceremony will take place;
• one guaranteed seat in the Aula Magna for the first accompanying person.

If a second accompanying person is registered, they will be accommodated in a nearby lecture room where the ceremony will be streamed live.

The ceremony will also be available online via live streaming for participants and guests who are unable to attend in person.

Should the overall number of participants allow it, access to the Aula Magna may also be extended to second accompanying persons. Any updates regarding this possibility will be communicated by email at a later stage.
