The Una.Lecture format was developed within the Una.Futura project to foster a broader involvement of society and non-academic stakeholders. These events, open to a wide audience, will promote the values of Una Europa, human diversity and dignity, academic freedom, and individual well-being in the wider context of society.
The Open Conference
The Open Conference is an event addressed to university communities and society at large to give an understanding on what the European University Alliances are and the European values they intend to promote.
In particular, the Open Conference mainly focuses on three themes, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, which constitute the cross-cutting key points of the European University Alliances’ strategies.
The conference will begin with a welcome address by the Vice Rector for International Relations and opening remarks by the Head of the Higher Education Unit at the Italian National Agency for Erasmus+, INDIRE.
The event will be then split into a morning and an afternoon session, where eight different European Alliances will be presenting their approaches to the themes of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from different perspectives, encouraging the exchange of visions, practices and tools.
