What is Una Europa Student Congress?

The Una Europa Student Congress is an annual gathering where students from 11 Una Europa universities and partner institutions in Ukraine converge to actively engage in shaping the future of higher education. The event is hosted every year by a different University of the Una Europe Alliance.

This year the Student Congress will be hosted by the  Freie Universität Berlin. Through interactive workshops and discussions at Freie Universität Berlin, participants  will delve into topics such as humanity in a digital era and sustainability. By dismantling and reassembling ideas, students will emerge as co-creators in crafting innovative solutions and approaches for the university of the future.

What to expect from the this year Student Congress in Berlin?

• Meetings with students from different cultures and backgrounds.
• Interactive workshops and innovative learning formats.
• Exploration of future trends in higher education.
• Discussion on topics as humanity in a digital era and sustainability.
  
  

Unibo selection procedures

Students currently enrolled in undergraduate, master's, or doctoral programs at one of the Una Europa partner universities or partner institutions in Ukraine are eligible to apply. A good command of English is required.

Each university of  Una Europa alliance will select the students who will represent their institution at the Congress. 

The University of Bologna will select 6 students to participate in the Congress:  2 students will be selected among the Una Europa Student Board, while for the other 4 students priority will be given to the Una Europa Local Task Force members. The requirements to apply are as follows:

°             Be enrolled at the University of Bologna.

°             Fill in the general application form by 6 May.

Please note that only the first 50 applicants will be taken into consideration for the selection process.

Important notes:

• Travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by the University of Bologna.
• Applications may close early, so apply as soon as possible.
