  • Date: 29 NOVEMBER 2023  from 10:00 to 12:15

  • Event location: Online event

Erasmus+ cooperation projects are powerful tools to support internationalization of education and joint educational initiatives which are core pillars of the Una Europa Alliance.

Experts from Una Europa partners wish to inform the Self-Steering Committee (SSC) and academics of our alliance about some of the project funding opportunities offered by Erasmus+ which could be exploited to implement SSCs planned results and Una Europa joint educational initiatives.

The Info-Session starts with a plenary introduction that clarifies:

  • Erasmus+ projects: which educational needs do they tackle? Which policies and priorities are they relevant to?
  • Key features and main formats of Erasmus+ projects

The next plenary presentation will focus on Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnerships. The main features of this funding scheme will be presented, and academics from partners institutions will share their experience, achieved results and tips&tricks.

The plenary is followed by 2 break out rooms in which two additional Erasmus+ project formats will be presented

  • Erasmus Mundus
  • Jean Monnet

In each of the break out rooms, after a brief introduction tackling main features of the funding scheme, academics from partners institutions will share their experience and achievements in Erasmus Mundus and Jean Monnet projects.

A final plenary session of the event will provide an overview about two powerful Erasmus+ funding instruments: Blended Intensive Programmes (also called BIPs) and Virtual Exchange projects (EVE). Highlights about key issues when organizing these instruments and strategies to exploit such actions for the sustainability of joint initiatives will be tackled.
