The M.U.S.A. Challenge – Design Healthy, Sustainable, and Accessible University Canteens was launched to rethink the current university catering model. The initiative was inspired by an analysis of eating habits and perceptions of university canteen services, conducted among students at the Universities of Bologna and Parma.
Developed within the ONFOODS project, the challenge is a collaboration between the Department of Agricultural and Food Sciences and the Department of Psychology at the University of Bologna, and the Department of Food and Drug at the University of Parma, with the support of ER.GO - Regional Agency for the Right to Higher Education of Emilia-Romagna.
The winning projects will be announced during the event on 12 March.
