XIV Nazionale Congress of Food Chemistry CHIMALI 2025 will be held on the 9-11 July 2025 in Milan (IT). Within the congress, the poster IMPACT OF COLD PLASMA (CP) AND PLASMA ACTIVATED WATER (PAW) ON CHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF CARROTS AND APPLES, will be presented by Dr. Laura Acquaticci from UNICAM.

The intermediate meeting of the TECH4PATH project was held online and was attended by all the representatives and participants of the 3 research units, UNIBO; UNICAM and UNICT to discuss the progress of the activities and the planning of the second year of research.

The project Kick off meeting took place at the coordination headquarters, Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna, Italy, on October 16, 2023 at the Campus degli Alimenti in Cesena. All the partners involved participated in the meeting, in person or via online connection.
