Best oral presentation at the Conference of the Italian Society of Food Science and Technology (SISTAL)!!

Dr. Molina Hernandez has been awarded the prize for best oral presentation for the session "Emerging processing and packaging technologies" for the contribution titled: "Application of cold atmospheric plasma as a strategy for the inactivation of viruses on blueberries"

TECH4PATH will be presented to the conference of the Italian Society of Food Science and Tecnhology (SISTAL) in Bologna on the 9-10 June 2025

Dr. Molina Hernandez (UNIBO) will contribute with an oral presentation entitled: "Application of cold atmospheric plasma as a strategy for the inactivation of viruses on blueberries" and with a poster entitled: "Application of cold plasma as a strategy to ensure the safety of IV range products: effect on quality and metabolic indices".

TECH4PATH participated to the XIV National Congress of Food Chemistry CHIMALI 2025

XIV Nazionale Congress of Food Chemistry CHIMALI 2025 will be held on the 9-11 July 2025 in Milan (IT). Within the congress, the poster IMPACT OF COLD PLASMA (CP) AND PLASMA ACTIVATED WATER (PAW) ON CHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF CARROTS AND APPLES, will be presented by Dr. Laura Acquaticci from UNICAM.

TECH4PATH participates to the IX International conference SUSTAINABLE POSTHARVEST AND FOOD TECHNOLOGIES-INOPTEP 2025 in Zlatibor, Serbia, 7-10 april 2025.

A poster titled: Cold plasma to treat ready-to-eat apples: ac active solution against Arcobacter spp. and Cronobacter spp. contamination, will be presented by Dr. Fatemeh Shanbeh Zadeh (UNIBO).

Intermediate project meeting

The intermediate meeting of the TECH4PATH project was held online and was attended by all the representatives and participants of the 3 research units, UNIBO; UNICAM and UNICT to discuss the progress of the activities and the planning of the second year of research.

Project Kick off meeting
