She is an Associate Professor in Developmental and Educational Psychology at the University of Bologna, Department of Education Sciences, and teaches in the Master's Degree Program in School and Community Psychology in the Department of Psychology. As a lecturer and researcher, she focuses on school psychology and teaching/learning processes. She is a member and Italian ambassador of the International School Psychology Association (ISPA). She has participated in numerous national and international research projects in educational and school psychology, as well as in thematic panels and working groups on school psychology promoted by the Ministry of Education, Italian scientific associations (Italian Association of Psychology), and the Orders of Psychologists.

She is an Associate Professor of Developmental and Educational Psychology at the University of Salerno and Director of the Cultural Psychology and Sustainable Human Development Laboratory at the same university. She is President of the American Psychological Association Division 52 – Society for a Global Psychology and President of the European Society of Psychology Learning and Teaching (ESPLAT). She is also a Visiting Professor at the Federal University of Salvador da Bahia, Brazil. She is the editor of the following book series: 1.Cultural Psychology of Education (Springer), 2. University of Chieti-Pescara
He is a University Researcher in Developmental and Educational Psychology and an Adjunct Professor of School Psychology at the University “G. d’Annunzio” of Chieti-Pescara, Department of Psychology. He teaches “School Psychology” in the Master’s Program in Psychology, with a focus on: the role of context, prevention, inclusion, well-being, and equity. His research activity focuses on school climate, mental health, equity, digital competence development, and the promotion of pro-environmental behavior. He has coordinated the local unit of several national and international research projects, including Erasmus+ SLIDE, Green SESAME, and PRIN projects. He is a member of the thematic group “Psychology for a Changing School” of the Italian Association of Psychology (AIP) and a promoter of international collaborations within the INGENIUM project.
University of Bologna
She is an Associate Professor in Developmental and Educational Psychology at the University of Bologna, Department of Education Sciences, and teaches in the degree programs for Social and Cultural Educators and Primary Education. Her research interests include educational quality, classroom interactions, school well-being, student engagement, bullying, and cyberbullying. She has participated in several national and international research projects, including the Erasmus+ funded Blurred Lives Project: A cross-national, co-participatory exploration of cyberbullying, young people and socio-economic disadvantage, and the Formative Educational Evaluation for School Improvement project funded by INVALSI. She is a member of the PhD board in Psychology at the University of Parma and of the CRESPI Center (Interuniversity Research Center on Teacher Professionalism). She is also a registered psychologist and psychotherapist in Emilia-Romagna.
University of Salerno
She is a Researcher in Developmental and Educational Psychology at the University of Salerno. She holds a PhD in Educational Research Methodology and the national qualification as Associate Professor. Her main research interests include argumentation and critical thinking, the construction of professional identity, and sociomateriality in typical and atypical development. She has carried out national and international projects in collaboration with mathematicians and engineers, aimed at developing argumentative and logical-mathematical skills in children and adolescents. She trained in the explicitation interview technique of P. Vermersch in Switzerland (2006) and France (2007). Since 2011, she has been invited as a visiting professor at the University of Neuchâtel (Switzerland). Since 2021, she has been Associate Editor of the journal Trends in Psychology (Springer). She is a member of the PhD program in “Educational and Social Research. Society and Teaching-Learning Studies” at the University of Salerno.
Junior Research Fellow - University of Bologna
She is a Junior Research Fellow at the University of Bologna.
Graduated in School and Community Psychology, her research focuses on school well-being, with particular attention to the well-being of teachers and students, seen as fundamental elements of a harmonious and integrated school system.
In July 2023, she received the Presidential Citation Award from the International School Psychology Association (ISPA) for her contributions to a networking initiative among students and recent graduates in School Psychology from countries including Italy, the United States, Greece, and Brazil.
Research Fellow - University of Chieti-Pescara
He is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Psychology at the University “G. d’Annunzio” of Chieti-Pescara. He holds a degree in Developmental Psychology with an experimental thesis titled Sustained and focused attention during object manipulation in full-term and preterm infants: A longitudinal study during the second half-year of life. He earned a PhD in Social, Developmental and Educational Psychology from Sapienza University of Rome with a thesis titled The Role of Theory of Mind in the Development of Social Skills in Native and Non-Native School-Age Children.
His research interests include Theory of Mind, school climate, student marginalization processes, and school psychology services, with a particular focus on students’ migratory backgrounds and families’ socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
Research Fellow - University of Salerno
She is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Psychology at the University of Salerno, Department of Human, Philosophical and Educational Sciences (DISUFF). Her main research interests include mind-wandering, visual marginalia (students' margin notes and drawings), school psychology, learning regulation, observation of children's behavior, and school well-being.
Her work is grounded in the Cultural Psychology of Education, a perspective that allows her to explore educational and learning processes in both school and out-of-school contexts. Throughout her career, she has worked in and is an active member of international laboratories, including ICAR and ASLAN at the École Normale Supérieure in Lyon, collaborating on projects like Let’s Play and Subjectivité.
In addition to research, she is a teacher, educational counselor, intercultural mediator for children, and psychomotor therapist. She is actively involved in university teaching in Developmental and Educational Psychology, Cultural Psychology of Disabilities and Inclusion. She has solid experience in training and supporting teachers and students, with a particular focus on the cultural dimensions of learning and development processes.
