Main research activities/topics/projects

The PhD student or postdoc will work within the DIFA/INAF joint Laboratory for Astrophysical Technology to develop, test and implement new technologies for microwave receivers for astronomical research. The Laboratory is involved in space and ground based projects. Some highlights of the Cryowaves group include the participation to the development of receiver upgrades for ALMA (e.g. the ALMA Band 2 development and production and the LSPE-Strip experiment.
