The main research activity will be focused on wearable devices for communication and sensing purposes. In particular, the student will work on the design and realization of antennas and sensors to be integrated on garments or fabrics. The device could involve the design of metamaterials/metasurfaces to reduce the coupling with human body and improve radiative performance. The prototyping activity could also require the use of 2D and 3D printers.
