The seminar, organized by the University of Trieste, aims to explore new legal frameworks by integrating the ecosystem approach into environmental jurisprudence.

Under the scientific direction of Prof. Serena Baldin, Associate Professor of Comparative Public Law at the University of Trieste, the event will open with her introduction. Dr. Silvia Zanini, a research fellow in comparative public law and a member of the LUMEN project’s research unit, will then present on "Wild Law and the Ecosystem Approach."
