LUMEN Seminar on Legal Perspectives on Sustainability and Transitions

A new seminar titled "The Challenges of the Green, Digital, and Fair Transition: Legal Perspectives for a Sustainable Future" will be held on Thursday, October 31, 2024, at 3:30 PM CEST. This event is part of the LUMEN project and aims to explore the legal frameworks and challenges in transitioning to a more sustainable future.
The seminar is under the scientific organization of Prof. Serena Baldin, from the University of Trieste, and will be introduced by her. The event will feature a presentation by Prof. Guido Befani, researcher in administrative and public law, also from the University of Trieste. They will discuss the intersections between green, digital, and just transitions from a legal perspective, providing insights into how these shifts are shaping policy and governance.
