To help unpack these important questions, the podcast titled "The Rights of Nature: Legal Underpinningswelcomes Silvia Bagni, Associate Professor of Comparative Public Law at the University of Bologna, and coordinator of the LUMEN project. Prof. Bagni shares her expertise on the concept of the 'ecosystem approach' in law, a central theme of her work in the project.
