This final session (held in Italian) will be dedicated to engagement with project participants and stakeholders, including policymakers, institutional representatives, school staff, and professionals. The aim is to foster shared reflection on how the IDENTITIES project's findings can be translated into actionable strategies and interventions to support adolescents, schools, families, and communities.
The session will place a strong emphasis on processes of co-construction and co-design with stakeholders, highlighting the value of their active involvement in ensuring that research findings are effectively implemented in ways that are context-sensitive, relevant, and sustainable.
A complementary coffee break will be provided to all participants. This moment will serve as an occasion for networking.
