Work packages

The work plan is composed of 6 work packages (WP) with several interconnected actions:

WP1: Project management and coordination;

WP2: Adaptation of study programs to the current challenges of agriculture. This is the core of the project dealing with  i) the analysis of the courses offered by the 4 Uzbek Universities partners, ii) the choice of the 4 pilot courses (one for each University) that will be modified and iii) the implementation of the new modified pilot courses at the respective Uzbek Universities;

WP3: Improving the soft skills of Uzbek students in which students will be encouraged to increase their English practice, travel abroad, approach private companies with internship experiences; 

WP4: Implementing tools for Uzbek professors aimed at pushing HE teachers to international experiences in EU Countries, linking teaching and research, facilitating access to international literature sources and stimulating students by organizing laboratory activities and field visits;

WP5: Contacts with the Uzbek labor market to improve the employability of graduates deals with matching the needs of students with the expectations of companies in order to align the courses offered with the labor market;

WP6: Communication and dissemination, including several activities related to project communication and dissemination of results as well as a final workshop with stakeholders and academic staff.
