The consortium wholeheartedly embraces the principles of equality and inclusivity, particularly concerning gender considerations and individuals with special needs, both among students and staff. The GrEnFIn EMJM is designed to welcome students from around the world who meet the academic requirements. To ensure broad awareness and accessibility, the programme will be actively promoted through HEIs networks, GrEnFIn channels/platforms, and public webpages featuring international programmes. Comprehensive information about the academic programme, curricula, mobility arrangements, visa and insurance details, and more are available. The webpage will also serve as a central resource for various support services, including assistance for housing, students with children, and those with special needs. Each of the three HEIs provides a range of services tailored to support students and scholars facing challenges or with special needs. These services encompass various aspects, such as housing, counselling, family support, and tools to address specific needs, including those of students with chronic illnesses or impairments. Accommodations may involve adjusting exam deadlines, modifying examination types, or providing aids like laptops. Consultations will be offered to address individual queries and concerns. Upon programme enrolment, a comprehensive summary of available services will be provided on the GrEnFIn webpage, accompanied by an email sent to enrolled students. This communication will include inquiries about preferences for student housing reservations and identification of any special needs.
