Nell'àmbito del progetto PRIN 2022 “FortNet: Fortification and population network in coastal Chaonia, Northern Epirus (Albania) between Iron Age and the Medieval period”, si terrà presso il Reale Istituto Neederlandese a Roma (KNIR) il workshop internazionale intitolato “Far from the city: fortifications and organisational models on the margins of traditional historiography”.

Il workshop è coorganizzato dal KNIR (Tesse Stek), dalla Sapienza Università di Roma (Julian Bogdani) e dall'Università di Bologna (Enrico Giorgi) e si svolgerà il 20 febbraio 2026 dalle ore 10:30 alle ore 17:00 presso la sede del KNIR in Via Omero 10-12, Roma.
