summary of the training course scheduled in the project
Course: Best practices for European Sharing Cities
A short intensive training course will be held in Bologna during the second year of the project, to offer a concrete support to the public administrators to elaborate new policies and regulatory measures within a new normative framework as well as to Public Officers to follow good practices.
Public Officers have to act within a normative chaos and they need a “road map” that will help them to understand new services and to apply the correct regulatory framework.
The Training course is a useful occasion to accompany them in the discovery of new subjects, and increase their confidence with regard to the sharing economy tools. This is also an occasion to encourage them to use new legal tools.
The seminar will be organized in cooperation with SPISA (Scuola di specializzazione in studi sull’amministrazione pubblica, Post-graduate School of Administrative Science, www.spisa.unibo.it), University of Bologna, and Urban@it (Centro nazionale di studi sulle politiche urbane, National research center for urban policies, www.urbanit.it).
The training course will also provide the occasion to present the practical guide to the public Officers of Region, Metropolitan Cities, Provinces, Municipalities.
Timing: 2° year, 2° semester (April 2019)
