General aims

  1. To guarantee a positive commencement, an uneventful implementation and a successful conclusion of the project;
  2. To set up an efficient and cost-effective communication strategy among project partners, including a clear and well-defined decision-making process;
  3. To coordinate the overall project management and financial administration.

 

WP Activities

  • 9.1 Planning, organizing, conducting and reporting on the Consortium Assembly meetings;

  • 9.2 Planning, organizing, conducting and reporting on the Operation Committee meetings;

  • 9.3 Accomplishment of the overall project management and financial administration.
