Comparative legal and political studies on justice
The Winter school consists of one week of lectures, discussion and dialogue with experts on justice. It is based on a synthesis of the comparative justice studies methods of the US, Europe and the Global South.

Easy to access period
The scheduling of the Winter School takes into account the calendar of academic activities of UNIBO and Notre Dame students in order to facilitate their attendance. It is open to students from all universities around the world.
The winter place will take place from the 9th to the 14th January 2023, in presence learning in Bologna.

English language
The Winter School relies on an internationally composed group of participants and speakers, it is entirely taught in English by experts from universities of excellence.
Sessions will be held by faculty from University of Bologna, University of Notre Dame and various experts.
