Our laboratory participated in the European Researchers' Night 2024!
You witnessed the preparation of green gel for cleaning paintings and the use of an innovative "non-woven fabric"; you were able to directly apply the materials to the paintings to experience the removal of the paint and the different effects of the methods used. Finally, you were also able to witness the post-cleaning investigations which were carried out with a hyperspectral camera, a camera capable of seeing well beyond the visible.
We hosted the Chemometrics Group Workshop of the Analytical Chemistry Division of the Italian Chemical Society, held in Ravenna from May 27 to 29, 2024. This meeting served as a national forum for exchanging ideas and fostering discussions among chemometrics enthusiasts.
