General aims of WP7:

1. To guarantee a positive commencement, an uneventful implementation and a successful conclusion of the project;

2. To set up an efficient and cost-effective communication strategy among project partners, including a clear and well-defined decision-making process;

3. To coordinate the overall project management and financial administration;
