Proud and pleased to moderate such an interesting debate about futures of #learning and #education together with Flaviano Celaschi and our Advanced Design Unit of Università di Bologna.

Is the learning dimension an individual capability or a systemic feature of the organization? How disintermediation between trainers and trainees is changing formats and contents of learning? How can design innovate current learning systems? How do the B2C dynamics influence learning processes? We’ll try to give an answer and navigate through the complexity of #broadcasting learning model with Franco Amicucci, Carmelo Di Bartolo, Carlo Giardinetti, Marson Korbi, Anna Lottersberger, Carlo Mazzone in an interactive debate to discover patterns shaping new ways of managing, transferring and regenerating knowledge within complex organizations and societies.
