On 6 November 2025, the technical workshop on sorghum cultivation and its potential use within the Parmigiano Reggiano supply chain was held at the headquarters of the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium, as part of the IMAGE LIFE project.
The event offered an important opportunity for discussion with farmers, agricultural producers, and sector technicians to delve into agronomic, management, and nutritional aspects related to this crop.
