Conference daily activities will be located in the Belmeloro District, a new part of the University campus close to Bologna city center and the IRCCS Policlinico di Sant'Orsola.
This location provides an ideal setting to experience Bologna atmosphere while partecipating to the Conference.
In this part of the city all the main points of historical and cultural interest are concentrated: the university museums: the Specola (ancient astronomical observatory that today offers a unique view over the rooftops of Bologna), the comparative anatomy collection, the Chemistry collection, the Museum of Palazzo Poggi (with its unique collection of anatomical waxes) and many more.
The municipal theater and the two towers and Piazza Maggiore are walking distance.
