The Jean Monnet module HEAL investigates the legal aspects related to the creation of a European Health Union (EHU). HEAL includes the implementation of a course on 'European Health Law' and the organisation of seminars and other events. HEAL aims to provide high-level training opportunities with inter/multidisciplinary and practical approaches, stimulate knowledge of the EU integration process and academic research in the health sector, and create a network between scholars and other stakeholders.
In the context of an increasingly fruitful collaboration among the holders of Centers of Excellence, Jean Monnet Chairs, and Modules working on public health protection issues, we highlight the Call for Papers launched by the University of Salerno for a seminar dedicated to young scholars and PhD students in health law.
This event offers a unique opportunity to present ongoing research and receive feedback from international experts. Selected contributions may be published in a special issue of the European Journal of Health Law.
