On the occasion of the International Women in Mathematics Day - May 12, the Department of Mathematics, located in Piazza di Porta San Donato 5, will host the exhibition
Women of Mathematics from around the world. A gallery of portraits.
The exhibition will be open to the public from May 13 to May 29 during the department's opening hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 8:45 PM).
Opening Event:
The exhibition will be inaugurated on Tuesday, May 13 at 5:15 PM in Room Cremona (4th floor)
with a screening of the film: Secrets of the Surface – The Mathematical Vision of Maryam Mirzakhany.
