University life comes with challenges—but also with pressure: exams, social expectations, career plans… But what if none of this were strictly necessary? This programme offers a space to pause and reflect together on how to free ourselves from external and internal pressures, to rediscover our sense of wellbeing, and to live more authentically—with a little less anxiety.
The meetings will take place in two consecutive sessions, on May 21 and May 28.
Francesca Scali is a professional educator who has worked since 2016 with the social cooperative “Il Martin Pescatore”, where she designs and leads individual and group projects focused on social inclusion and mental health for adults, young people and adolescents.
Rita Alberti is a mental health worker at “Il Martin Pescatore”. She moves with empathy and skill through the delicate terrain of human experience, driven by a genuine desire to build bridges and offer opportunities where fragility often emerges. She provides concrete and compassionate support for those navigating the often turbulent waters of mental health.
