An exciting workshop designed for students who want to immerse themselves in the art of making fresh pasta. Together, we will create tagliatelle, tortellini, and tortelloni — some of the most iconic symbols of Italian and Bolognese culinary heritage — guided by two expert sfogline, traditional fresh pasta makers from Bologna!

The course consists of four sessions, taking place on the following dates:
