Giorgia Pagliuca

Self-proclaimed "giver of unsolicited advice," Giorgia Pagliuca is a PhD candidate at the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo and the University of Turin. She is the author of Aggiustiamo il mondo: diario di una ecologista in crisi climatica (2022), a book on sustainability and activism. Through her social media platforms, she raises awareness about environmental and social issues with passion and determination.
