The general objective is to develop a case – specific collaborative AR/VR approach for teaching lean and sustainable, resilient virtual reconstruction of damaged Historic Buildings. This approach aims to enhance digital skills for representing damage effects, improve abilities in risk assessment and resilient retrofitting through virtual modeling, and advance AI and VR skills for lean, safe, and sustainable rehabilitation design and construction.

The project enters a key phase as each partner works to identify an existing historic building to be used as a case study for 3D modelling and educational visualisation.
The project officially kicked off on October 23, 2025, with a joint online meeting to align partners on goals, roles, budget, and the roadmap for upcoming work packages.
