The research unit of the University of Bari (UniBA) will carry out an investigation on how the research subject are dealt with at the institutional level. The study will take into consideration both the organizational level (recruitment, training and other aspects that may affect police professional culture accountability) focusing on the mechanisms that operate in the case of excessive use of force, failure to respect fundamental rights and disciplinary measures.
