Transition metal catalysis, Asymmetric catalysis, Organic synthesis

  • What it is

Mobility experience with a research focus

  • Who it’s for

    PhD sandwich; Post Doc

Department

Department of Chemical Sciences, University of Padova

Main research activities/topics/projects

The researcher will be involved in the development and in the mechanistic analysis of new enantioselective transformations catalyzed by chiral complexes of first row transition metals such as Cu, Co, and Ni.

The research will be experimental, but if interested, the researcher will also have the opportunity to run DFT computations aiming at the clarification of the reaction intermediates structure.
