Research field: Supramolecular Chemistry Two main research activities 

Preparation and characterization, with a variety of techniques – e.g. multinuclear solution NMR, single crystal X-ray analysis - of: 

 1. Metal-mediated (coordination chemistry) conjugates containing porphyrins (organic chemistry) for photo- physical/chemical applications; 

2. Metal-mediated (coordination chemistry) 3D discrete assemblies containing porphyrins (organic chemistry) for molecular recognition.

Working language

Italian/English

Special entry requirements

Lab experience in inorganic and organic synthesis.
Strong familiarity with Nmr and other solution characterization techniques.
