The Ph.D. Program in Computer Science at the University of Pisa has a long tradition, being the first Ph.D. Program in Computer Science that was created in Italy 30 years ago. The research activities covered by our Ph.D. Program cover all the main areas of Computer Science, including: algorithms, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, data science, digital health, formal methods, high performance computing, IoT, numerical analysis, optimization, security, software engineering.
