Inorganic Chemistry

  • What it is

Mobility experience with a research focus

  • Who it’s for

Master students involved in the final research; PhD sandwich; Post Doc

Department

Industrial Chemistry “Toso Montanari”

Main research activities/topics/projects

Development of functional low-dimensional metal halide perovskite quantum wells for photonic and optoelectronic applications.

Synthesis of new functional ligands for perovskite quantum wells with tunable internal energy level alignment. The materials will be characterized through solid-state NMR spectroscopy.

The optoelectronic performance will be evaluated through photophysical characterization and fabrication of light-emitting diodes.

Working language

Italian and English

Special entry requirements

Experience with organic and inorganic synthesis, thin films processing and/or fabrication of optoelectronic devices (e.g. LEDs and solar cells)

Duration in months (min-max)

Master Research: 3-12

PhD sandwich: 3-12

Post Doc: 1-12
