Mobility experience with a research focus

The research aims at investigating the resilience capacity of businesses to face natural disasters (earthquake, flood, pandemics). In particular the post-doc student will be involved in a current research project on the topic in order to identify the antecedents and outcomes of business resilience, especially for SMEs. The study is based on surveying a sample of firms hit by different kind of natural disasters. To this aim, a structured questionnaire will be administered. Future avenues of joint-research can bring to perform a multigroup analysis comparing a sample of Italian and Brazilian businesses.
