Main research activities/topics/projects

The main research activities and projects relevant for prospective Brazilian Master, PhD, and Post Doc candidates at the School of Humanities / Department of Philosophy and Education Sciences encompass a broad array of interdisciplinary studies. Key areas include participation in ERC projects such as FACETS and EUFACETS, as well as the PRIN project CULT-UP and the FARE project. These projects focus on communication studies, semiotics, and artificial intelligence. Candidates will have the opportunity to engage in academic training, research secondment, and international networking activities, particularly with Brazil. The working languages for these research activities are Italian and English, providing a bilingual environment for international collaboration.
