Curriculum A: Cultural and environmental heritage: memory, protection, rights
The history and culture of Mediterranean and Eastern civilisations; the forms, objects and modes of transmission of cultural memory; public history, a new frontier of studies in which knowledge is fundamental for cultural mediation and public communication, also with a view to the university's 'third mission'; the relations between material and non-material heritage, with the particularly problematic sphere of the protection of material heritage but also of ethno-cultural heritage in areas at risk.
