Main research activities/topics/projects

CERLIS (Research Centre on Languages for Specific Purposes) promotes research in the area of languages for specific purposes both on a synchronic and a diachronic level.

The Centre aims:

• to promote, sustain and coordinate research;
• to promote the exchange of research documents, information and material both on a national and international level; 
• to stimulate the dissemination of research results through meetings, conferences, seminars and specialized publications;  
• to promote the creation of material for the teaching of specialized discourse.
